Dana Bohrer, MA CCC-SLP | Executive Director & CEO
A licensed speech-language pathologist with nearly 20 years of experience in school, clinical, and in-home settings, Dana is passionate about understanding the unique capabilities of each child and bringing out the best in the children she serves. Dana has successfully treated infants, preschoolers, school-aged children, and young adults with a variety of diagnoses from mild speech and language delays to children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and many other disorders and disabilities. Dana and her husband Jeff founded Aspire Therapy in 2014 with a mission to provide outstanding services to children and families through an exemplary team of highly-skilled professionals who demonstrate commitment and compassion to the people they serve. Dana received her bachelor and master degrees from University of South Dakota, Vermillion.

​Bethany Domoto, MS OTR/L
Bethany is a licensed occupational therapist who holds degrees from Western Michigan University. She primarily focuses her practice on pediatrics and has experience in outpatient, home, and school settings with additional training in handwriting, visual motor skills, and feeding. Additionally she is certified through the American Hippotherapy Association and PATH Intl as a clinical specialist and certified therapeutic riding instructor. Bethany approaches clients and families with a holistic eye and looks to celebrate strengths and collaborate across a child's support system to address goal areas. Bethany is excited to be serving as an occupational therapist in local private schools as a representative of Aspire. In her spare time, Bethany can be found baking, riding her horse, playing outside with her son, and canoeing.

Abigail Duininck | Intake & Scheduling Coordinator | Tutor
Abby received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has many years of experience working with both children and young adults with varying degrees of disabilities in both school and in-home settings. Abby is passionate about supporting and advocating for individuals with Autism and other disabilities, and spent her undergraduate years working as a resource center advocate for college students with disabilities. She enjoys taking a holistic approach while working directly with clients, families, and caregivers to build intentional relationships with everyone involved. Abby is now pursuing certification in Speech-Language-Pathology Assistantship before entering graduate studies for Speech-Language Pathology. ​

Carrie Einck, MS OTR/L | Interim OT/PT Team Lead
Carrie has extensive knowledge and training in the treatment and evaluation of sensory processing and integration challenges through several years of education, research, and teaching through the STAR Institute for SPD and through participation in the SIPT Certification program. Carrie has worked in school, clinic, home, and community-based settings for children, adolescents, and adults with sensory processing challenges. Carrie has also founded a community-based social skills group for kids of all ages and abilities and promotes social skill building and motor development through a fun and motivating class taught on mini trampolines. Carrie holds a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.

Megan Hauck, OTR/L
Megan is a licensed occupational therapist who has experience working with pediatrics in a variety of settings, including in school and in behavioral health clinics. She grew up in Madison and completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. Megan is passionate about building positive relationships with children and their families, making treatment fun and individualized, and helping children discover their full potential. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors and crafting.​

Kellie Haugen, MS CCC-SLP
Kellie is a licensed speech-language pathologist with nearly two decades of clinical connections with pediatric clients and families in Wisconsin and Minnesota, within a broad range of experiences, including Birth to Three, school-based services, and an interdisciplinary team diagnostic clinic. Kellie is passionate about a team based approach, with a primary goal of working together with a child’s family, caregivers, and other intervention providers to support their growth. Kellie has extensive experience with autism spectrum disorder, visual supports, expressive/receptive language, social communication, apraxia of speech, articulation/phonological disorders, and more. Kellie values a fun therapy setting for all involved! In her spare time, one can find Kellie supporting her teenagers in their activities, gardening, reading, creating items with yarn, and shopping for more yarn. Kellie is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.

​Emily Jollota, OTR/L
Emily is a licensed occupational therapist who has experience working with individuals birth to 21 years in a variety of settings including outpatient, school-based, and in home. She has worked with children and teens with varying diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, developmental delay, Down Syndrome, sensory processing challenges, and feeding. Emily’s passion for occupational therapy increases with every individual she meets and she strives to make therapy an enjoyable and collaborative experience for children and their families. Emily received a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Salus University.​

Dr. Angela Kloiber, PT DPT
Dr. Angie received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University. Dr. Angie has experience in orthopedics, and pediatric populations over the last six years. She has experience treating children both in-home and in-clinic with a wide array of diagnoses including, but not limited to the following: Rett syndrome, Angelman syndrome, hemivertebrae, Prader- Willi syndrome, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, global developmental delay, spina bifida, torticollis, plagiocephaly, brachycephaly, CVA, muscular dystrophy, mitochondrial disorder, genetic disorders, DiGeorge syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, Charcot Marie Tooth, and VACTERL association.

Dr. Mary Ladd, PT DPT
​Dr. Mary Ladd received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University. She played collegiate soccer at Carroll and thus has a special interest in working with young athletes. Mary has worked with children in the school and outpatient setting and enjoys evaluating and treating children of all ages with a multitude of diagnoses. She is dedicated to helping families improve their children’s quality of life through gross motor skills and functional mobility with a focus on educating and empowering parents and caregivers. In her free time Mary enjoys running, hiking and spending time outdoors.

Jill Lins | Administrative & Billing Coordinator
Jill is Aspire's Administrative and Billing Coordinator. She brings a background in administration of too many years to mention, ranging from Intake and Human Resources to Transcriptionist and Revenue Cycle Associate. She worked for 18 years in various capacities at an autism clinic and eventually found her way to all things billing. Jill grew up in Verona and continues to live there with her husband. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Laura has over a decade of experience as an occupational therapist within a variety of settings, the majority in the pediatric field in schools, clinics, and in home.  Laura is skilled at working with parents, caregivers, and educators to best assist the children she works with in achieving their maximum potential.  She has worked with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, teenagers, and young adults with varying diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Asperger Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, developmental delay, brain injury, lack of coordination, and difficulties with sensory processing, visual processing, and feeding. Laura is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse

Elizabeth Ostrowski, MS CCC-SLP | Assistant Director | Speech-Language Team Lead
Elizabeth is a licensed speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience working with the pediatric population in the medical, clinical, and public school settings. Elizabeth is determined to have the delivery of speech-language therapy be a delightful and collaborative experience for children and their caregivers which has been proven to be a successful model. Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University and a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas-Dallas. Before joining Aspire, Elizabeth spent the previous 8 years working at an outpatient pediatric medical facility, where she received specialized training in interdisciplinary care and treatment for a variety of developmental disabilities.  Elizabeth is passionate about working with children of all ages to promote meaningful communication skills through a variety of treatment approaches.  Outside of therapy “room” walls, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, being outside, and accumulating books on her nightstand to read….one day.

Rachel Petersen, MS CCC-SLP
Rachel is a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience serving pediatric clients of all ages from birth to 21, and enjoys helping the child succeed through family involvement. She is PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) trained and has significant experience with a variety of diagnoses including speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorders, apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, and feeding and swallowing disorders. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Dr. Amanda Purcilly, PT DPT
Amanda loves to work with individuals of all ages and abilities to create purposeful play and develop therapeutic programs for children and families in her care. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. In her free time, Amanda enjoys playing soccer, crafting, and hiking with her husband Adam, and Border Collie, Meadow.

Melanie Sard, OTR/L
Melanie received her Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from St. Catherine University and has experience in a variety of pediatric settings, including homes, clinics, and schools. She has worked with preschoolers through teens with diagnoses of Autism, Down Syndrome, Attention Deficit Disorder, and other physical and developmental delays. Melanie has advanced training in reflex integration, sensory processing, feeding, and facilitating emotional regulation skills. ​

Stephanie Schuldes, MA CCC-SLP
Stephanie is a licensed speech-language pathologist who has experience working in outpatient, school and home health settings.  She has experience working with children with expressive and/or receptive language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, Down Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder.  She enjoys getting to know the children and their families, as well as working directly with the families to help the children succeed. Stephanie holds degrees from the University of Minnesota and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Heidi Sindberg, MS CCC-SLP
Heidi has over twenty years of experience working with children and adolescents across a variety of settings including Birth to 3 and the Waisman Center. She grew up in Middleton and obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Heidi has specialized in working with children who have complex communication needs and has experience in the assessment and use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. Her treatment focuses on improving children's communication skills with family, friends, classmates and teachers by working on activities that are part of the child's daily life with an emphasis on fun and rewarding interactions.

Colleen Woyach, MA CCC-SLP | AAC Program Coordinator
Colleen is a licensed speech-language pathologist who has experience working in outpatient, school, daycare, aquatic, and home health therapy settings. She has experience working with all children who have difficulties with an array of communication disorders including expressive/receptive language difficulties, articulation and phonological disorders, stuttering and fluency disorders, and social language difficulties. Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a special area of interest for Colleen as she loves helping children find their voice. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Performance and Communicative Disorders from the University of University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with an emphasis in Bilingual and Multicultural assessment and treatment.
