Infant and Preschool
Go Baby Go!
Spend quality fun time with your child focusing on physical movement milestones in a supportive casual environment. Learn about infant development, find out what equipment your baby does and does not need, and grow in your understanding and confidence. Classes are personalized to the specific development stages of the babies attending. Rookies (0-6 months) class will focus on enjoying tummy time, carrying, sitting, rolling, and more. Masters (7 months to walking) class will focus on crawling, creeping, kneeling, standing, and first steps! All sessions are led by Aspire's licensed pediatric physical therapist.
Social Skills for Little Tykes (3-5 years)
Learn to play and interact with peers in a fun and structured environment! Skills emphasized are turn-taking, waiting, sharing, and more through a variety of games, stories, art, gross motor activities, and music. Each week has a fun new theme that is designed to introduce new skills. All sessions are led by Aspire's licensed therapists.
Lessons from Daniel Tiger (3-5 years)
Learn life and social skills with the help of Daniel Tiger! Your child will learn skills like sharing, taking turns, self-control, emotional regulation, and listening through group activities full of music, play, and video modeling. Daniel Tiger is based on the character from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Parents, just like Fred Rogers taught you, Daniel Tiger will teach your kids how to be a good friend and neighbor in a fun and interactive way! All sessions are led by Aspire's licensed therapists.
Play and Move (3-5 years)
Children learn through movement and play. Sometimes this comes naturally as a child develops, and sometimes a child needs a little bit of extra encouragement and support to be able to run, jump, and dance - or slow down. We will explore movement, how it makes our bodies feel, increasing activity, and slowing down. Your child will also learn the skill of playing with other children, how to pretend, and how to play simple board games. Come play, move, and learn with us! All sessions are led by Aspire's licensed therapists.

Yucky Fun Camp
Does your child have a difficult time with sticky, messy textures or feelings? Does he cry when he gets toothpaste on his cheek? Does she run away from art projects due to the mess of glue or paint? If your child has difficulty getting messy, he or she is demonstrating tactile defensiveness where his/her neurological system perceives mess as a threat.
By working with two outstanding occupational therapists, your child’s nervous system will be able to expand and accommodate mess, all while having fun with new friends. Each group session will include whole body movements to help our neurological systems prepare for getting messy, delve into messy fun together, and learn that getting messy can be fun. Each week we will make a new "yucky" product to take home to continue learning outside the clinic. Here’s to getting messy this summer! All sessions are led by Aspire's licensed therapists.

Food Explorers Camp
Does your child’s diet consist of mostly processed foods? Does he or she struggle to eat vegetables, fruits, whole grain breads, and meats? Are you concerned about his/her limited ability to eat what’s provided at family meals? If so, you have a food scientist on your hands!
We will perform experiments with different foods, classify them into different categories, and decide what we like and dislike. By investigating new types of foods and comparing them to each other, your child will expand his/her food repertoire to include some new items by the session's end. Join us in our scientific food fun! We will accommodate food allergies or restrictions. All sessions are led by Aspire's licensed therapists.
