Parent Portal Help 

Aspire’s Parent Portal allows families and caregivers to securely view appointment details, pay bills, and access their child’s take-home resources and other clinical documentation.

Access

Log in at portal.aspirewisconsin.com

Current clients will receive access via email when their first appointment is scheduled.

Invite links expire after 24 hours. If you received an invite link but it has expired, see “Forgot Password?” below.

Make a Payment

To make a secure payment online, log into your account at portal.aspirewisconsin.com and click the $Make a Payment button to submit your payment card details.

You may also make a secure payment over the phone by calling our billing team at 608-556-6120 x800, or you can send a check by mail to Aspire Therapy, 991 Kimball Ln, Verona WI 53593.

Forgot Password or Invite Link Expired?

If you forgot your password, or your invite link has expired after 24 hours, go to the portal login page and click Forgot Password.

Technical Problems?

We are aware that some security settings in your browser might interfere with your ability to make payments using the link embedded in the invoice you received by email. The platform, Fusion, might give you an error or blank page when you click on the link on your invoice.

This issue occurs most frequently on iPhones and Mac computers. The overall recommendation is to use a browser other than Safari such as Chrome or Firefox. More specific details are below:

On an iPhone:
To enable Fusion payment processing on your iPhone, go to your Settings > Safari and turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies.

On a Mac:
To enable Fusion payment processing on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings, click Privacy, then uncheck Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies.

On a Windows device:
The pop-up blocker will need to be turned off. If using Chrome, you may need to Clear the Browsing history or as a last resort Restore to Factory Defaults. Use Firefox instead.
